here's a quick tip to take yours to the next level: we know that alton* puts mustard on his. and also recommends shredded cheese.
but if you like a little heat, go ahead and squirt some sriracha on there too.
i always do. and it makes the sandwich even better.
and don't be scared of that mustard: even the mustard-wary boy i live with appreciates the little bit of zip it brings.
dang it.
now i'm craving one.
